DEALPULSE RESEARCH

Privacy policy

Updated 29 October 2026. DealPulse reads supported property listing content to calculate rental estimates. The extension stores saved property addresses/URLs, financial assumptions, UI preferences and optional license information locally in your browser.

Calculations run locally. The current extension does not send listing addresses, URLs, financial assumptions or browsing history to a DealPulse server and contains no analytics or advertising tracker. Opening the research website still creates normal web requests; its hosting provider may process IP addresses and request logs.

Optional Pro activation, validation and device release send the license key and device/installation identifiers over HTTPS to the DealPulse license gateway at pdf.oripredict.com/dealpulse/api/. License keys are entered only in the extension’s own toolbar window; listing-page panels show entitlement status without a key entry field. The gateway checks them with Lemon Squeezy. It stores hashed installation mappings, native instance IDs and refunded order IDs, without customer names, email addresses or plaintext license keys. Request access logs are disabled for these license routes. The extension stores the key, device instance, bounded entitlement lease and verification result locally; it does not store the customer email. Full refunds stop Pro after the next successful verification; automatic rechecks occur about every 6 hours during use and offline access ends at most 24 hours after the last successful check. Payment details are handled on the provider's checkout, not by the extension. Purchase availability is shown in the installed extension.

Clearing saved properties removes the active comparison list. One recovery snapshot of the previous list remains locally and is replaced by the next list change. Deactivate a license to release the device and clear local license state. Uninstalling removes the extension's local data, including the recovery snapshot. Payment records held by the payment provider have their own retention rules. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising. DealPulse's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
